- All SMSF’s are regulated and governed by Superannuation Industry Supervisory Act, 1993.
- All SMSF’s have to be audited by an Independent ASIC approved SMSF auditor.
- The trustees must arrange for the appointment of an approved auditor and for the audit to be completed within 9 months for year end.
